Equity & Inclusion Practice Lead

Location: United States

Are you an experienced consultant with a passion for helping organizations achieve their equity and inclusion goals?

Want to work inside some of the world's most impactful organizations with the support of a talented, close-knit, progressive team?

Join us at August!

August was founded to help organizations succeed in a world where change and complexity are the new normal. We work alongside visionary leaders in all sectors to help them reach their most ambitious goals by building more open, agile, and human-centered organizations.

The Opportunity

Over the last few years, we have been working with more leaders to achieve their equity and inclusion goals, moving from theory and personal education to action. We help organizations operationalize their intentions through everyday practices and systems change—redesigning team interactions and policies, processes, and protocols.

We are seeking a new Equity and Inclusion Practice Lead to further energize this work. The Practice Lead will lead August’s effort to integrate equity and inclusion approaches across all our current services and to grow our new Operationalizing Equity and Inclusion offering.

At August, we are fiercely committed to creating equal opportunity in the workplace for people regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, sexuality, and economic background. Equity is one of our core values, and we know different perspectives and experiences make our business and our client’s businesses better. When it comes to related policies, actions, and politics, we are inclined toward activism.

If our mission aligns with your own personal purpose and experience, we’re excited to hear from you, and we strongly encourage members of underrepresented groups to apply.
