Change Makers Roundtable
Simple, easy to adopt practices for everyday change
A virtual strategy session for mission-driven leaders who are ready to modernize the way they work.
Thursday, October 19, 12-1pm EST
This roundtable's theme will be Building Trust in Tumultuous Times.
As a leader of a nonprofit, philanthropic, or government organization in 2023, you don’t need to be told that you’re managing through unprecedented times and challenges - because you’re living it. You’re dealing with driving your ambitious strategic agenda forward and all while trying to modernize how you work together internally to achieve your goals.
You know that how you work is critical to your success, but it can be hard to get the perspective you need to move the needle.
You’re also being asked to:
- Execute organizational strategies that require a brand new ways of working
- Keep people motivated and engaged in the midst of constant change
- Build trust, psychological safety, and inclusion in a hybrid workplace
- Cut through bureaucracy to focus your highest priorities and make the most of your limited resources
So let’s come together as the top civic sector minds to share ideas, questions, observations, and most of all—community. That’s just what we have created in the Change Makers Roundtable: a safe, inspiring, and informal space for leaders struggling with similar challenges from the top of the house.
What you can expect:
This fast-paced hour is designed to help you think through your complex challenges in changing your culture and ways of working, gain valuable insights from your peers, and move forward with fresh ideas—all within a community of like-minded powerhouse pros and organizational leaders.
Facilitated by August Partner, Karina Mangu-Ward, and attended by innovative leaders from legacy nonprofits and mission-driven orgs who are scaling their impact, the Change Makers Roundtable promises to be interactive, intentional and inspiring, but casual. We’d love to have your voice in the room.
